Pizzalley's Receives National Acclaim
A local favorite was recently recognized for its high-quality food and superior service by one of the food industry’s most-respected organizations.
Pizzalley’s Chianti Room received the National Award of Excellence from the American Culinary Federation in July. It’s one of only 20 restaurants across the country that was selected.
My recent visit to the Chianti Room was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in Italy. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
But what truly stole the show was the food. The menu was a culinary journey through Italy, offering a wide variety of dishes. I chose the Margherita pizza, and it was a slice of heaven with its perfect thin crust and fresh, quality ingredients. For dessert, the Tiramisu was a dream. It was the perfect blend of coffee, mascarpone, and sweetness.
In summary, Chianti Room is an Italian culinary gem. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience with outstanding food, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for more Italian delights. Buonissimo!
The concept of a scratch kitchen really shone through in every dish. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident from the first bite. I couldn’t resist trying their handmade pasta, and it was a game-changer. The Seafood Pescatore was cooked perfectly, with al dente noodles.
The attention to detail and the passion for authentic Italian flavors made this restaurant stand out. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance were the icing on the cake. If you’re a fan of Italian cuisine and appreciate the art of scratch cooking, Chianti Room is a must-visit in the historic Downtown St. Augustine. It’s a culinary gem that left me craving for more. Mangia bene!
